MEAT LOVER'S PIZZA
(by Sunset Gourmet Consultant Lisa Reyes)

1 box HARVEST BEER BREAD
1 beer (or any carbonated beverage)
2 tbsp TRADITIONAL ITALIAN SEASONING
1 cup ANNA MAE'S SMOKY SWEET OVEN & GRILL SAUCE
2 cups shredded cheese
2 cups meat toppings (ham, bacon, sausage, etc.)

Combine HARVEST BEER BREAD with beer; cover and let rest 5 minutes. Add TRADITIONAL ITALIAN SEASONING and mix together. Grease hands; press dough onto greased pizza pan. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes.

Pour ANNA MAE'S SMOKY SWEET OVEN & GRILL SAUCE onto center of crust, using spoon to spread sauce in a circular motion from the center towards the outside leaving about an inch all around.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over sauce, then follow with meat toppings and remaining cheese. Bake pizza for an additional 10 minutes.

NOTE: Pizza dough will be thick and chewy; if you wish to have a thinner crust, spread the dough thinner either by using a bigger pan (square cookie sheet works well) or dividing the dough into 2 smaller pans. You can also brush the crust with melted butter and OH! SO GARLIC before adding the ANNA MAE'S SMOKY SWEET OVEN & GRILL SAUCE. The best part about making your own pizza, is you control the flavour!
If you find your hands getting too sticky while working with the dough, add a bit more oil to your hands.

or try...ZEST BAKED CHICKEN
