Sunset Gourmet~SUMMER DINING...

Warm summer nights encourage casual dining. Here are some menu ideas for a PERFECT SUNSET GOURMET EVENING!

~Chicken Skewers brushed with THAI CHILI ROASTED GARLIC SAUCE. You will need extra sauce for dipping! For a new twist add Greek Yogurt to our Thai Chili Roasted Garlic Sauce to create a fabulous dip.


~Grilled burgers and sausages. Serve with ROASTED RED PEPPER & ONION RELISH and RASPBERRY HONEY MUSTARD as condiments.

~Have ONION BLOSSOM HORSERADISH DIP on hand to serve with burgers.

~Prepare CRAB LOVER'S DIP and CREAMY PARMESAN ARTICHOKE DIP and serve with assorted fresh veggies. Have plenty of potato chips on hand as well. Dips can be prepared with cottage cheese or Greek Yogurt for a lighter version.



~Prepared ASIAGO CHEESE & SPINACH DIP thinned with milk is an excellent salad dressing. Set up a salad bar with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cubed cheeses and veggies.

~Prepare a warm potato salad by using our ever popular CHEESY BACON CHEDDAR DIP.

~Baked beans are a nice addition to a summer buffet. Mix ANNA MAE'S SMOKY SWEET OVEN & GRILL SAUCE or SWEET & SPICY BROWN SUGAR BOURBON SAUCE with 2 cans of baked beans. Spice it up with peppers, OH! SO ONION, OH! SO GARLIC and a dash of SWEET HICKORY BBQ RUB & SEASONING.

~For dessert, prepare a fresh fruit dip by mixing 1 cup Cool Whip with 1 package of  WHITE CHOCOLATE CHERRY VANILLA DESSERT MIX. Stir well and add 1 cup of vanilla yogurt. Serve with assorted fruits.

~Bring on the TROPICAL PINA COLADA FROZEN DRINKS!
